About Inovantics

We spent 20 years watching kids slip through the cracks.

Then we built the system that closes them.

Mark, Co-Founder of Inovantics
LeadershipCEO & Founder

Mark Lunnin

Mark brings more than 20 years of experience in pupil transportation to Inovantics. He started his first transportation company in 2003 and has since owned, operated, and sold two additional companies in the space. Today he serves as CEO of Pinnacle Transportation Services and holds ownership or operational interests in several other transportation businesses. He is also the founder of DDJ Transportation, a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company based in Orlando, Florida.

Beyond operations, Mark has deep expertise in the financial side of student transportation — the contracts, cost structures, and margins that shape how districts and operators actually run. That combination of operator and financial experience is what shaped Inovantics. He founded the company to close a verification gap he saw firsthand: districts and operators had GPS and dispatch tools, but no reliable way to confirm the assigned, verified driver was behind the wheel. BusVerify is his answer to that gap.

Co-Founder, Inovantics

Sergey Sokolovsky

More than 30 years in the medical field — emergency and non-emergency transportation, CEO and founder of several successful medical networks, audit and consulting services. Attention to detail isn't a trait; it's how he survived. He owned and operated an NEMT business for over three decades, moving the most vulnerable riders. He learned insurance inside and out — as the owner who survived audits and proved compliance when no one was watching. In 30 years, he found the vulnerabilities: the gap between a credential on paper and a verified driver at the curb. The blind spots that only surface when an investigator asks a question no one can answer.

Every feature in Inovantics traces back to a gap he saw firsthand. As co-founder, he's the voice that says, "Here's where it breaks in the real world." He doesn't theorize about vulnerabilities — he spent 30 years finding them.

The movement needed someone who lived the problem, built inside it, and decided the gaps were no longer acceptable. That's Sergey. That's why he's a huge asset.

30 Years. One Mission: Close the Gap. Prove It. Always.

Dennis Patiño

As the security and marketing force behind Inovantics, he runs a Sun Tzu-level strategic playbook: zero tolerance for blind spots, every move calculated, every gap closed before the enemy sees it. He's the reason Inovantics' FERPA-aligned architecture, NIST CSF 2.0-mapped controls, and NDAA §889-compliant stack aren't marketing claims — they're verified systems.

He joined Inovantics because he believes in the movement: ending the era of assumed compliance in school transportation. Not because it's a product. Because it's a war — and the districts, the parents, and the children deserve proof, not paperwork.

Bilingual. Bold. Business-savvy. He's turning compliance and cybersecurity into weapons for growth — not checkboxes for auditors. Whether he's crafting high-converting landing pages, developing enterprise-grade security solutions, or training sales teams with NEPQ firepower, it's always strategic, scalable, and sharp as hell.

What we believe

Four beliefs that shape everything we build.

01

Safety is not a feature — it's a system.

Every point in the chain — from credential to curbside — must be continuously verified. Anything else is theatre.

02

Compliance ≠ confirmation.

A filed form is a promise. A live signal is a fact. We build for the fact.

03

Trust is earned in real time.

Parents, districts, insurers — all deserve evidence, not estimates.

04

The industry is ready.

The old model can't survive the next audit.

Our mission

To ensure every student arrives safely by providing real-time, undeniable verification for the vehicles and drivers trusted to transport them.
